The “Bayinah” or EVIDENCE: The Numerical Structure in Quran

We had seen that there is a difference between the religion that Allah set down in Quran, and what we practice. We also got a notion that Allah placed in Quran some information that laid dormant within the text for 1400 years, and which came to light recently, whether it was released, revealed, or “discovered”. Let’s examine what that information consists of, how it clarifies some aspects of Quran, how it impacts –or should impact- our religion, and how it came to us.

Until recently, we had no way of proving that all of Quran is the word of Allah. We can think that, we can believe it, we can be totally convinced of it, we can shout it to the 4 winds and to all of mankind until we turn blue, but we couldn’t prove it. Not to ourselves, and not to others. But now we can, thanks to the numerical and mathematical structure that Allah has embedded in Quran before it was revealed to the prophet Mohammed.

How can we know that? The power and consistency of numbers and mathematics. If there is anything that means the same thing to everyone through time and space, it definitely is mathematics. Unlike words, numbers carry and convey a set and solid information, devoid of any subjective interpretation.

The numerical structure allows us, among other things, to ascertain whether Moslems have kept the Quranic text in the integrity that Allah sent it down with, and if any change occurred, to indicate its location. Allah said that He will preserve Quran (15:9), but was He talking about the original which is with Him (85:22) or the one in the hands of humans? And He gave us recently the tool to determine if we erred and altered His word.

How does the structure work? For the time being, we know that it uses the following elements:

• The numerical values of the original Arabic alphabet, the “abjad”,
• The count of chapters, verses, word formulas, specific words, and in some cases the letters, and even the dots that did not exist at the time Quran was revealed,
• Some aspects of the mathematics of prime numbers unknown until our day,
• In some cases, the use of the binary system that wasn’t discovered until 1697 by Leibnitz,
• The capability of working with numbers hundreds and thousands of digits long,
• Indication of knowledge of the “Periodic Table of Elements” in chemistry, unknown until the 19^th and 20^th centuries

All these elements work together in intricately knit ways that are beyond human capability and technology. All this was already included in Quran in the 7^th century CE, when even the digits as we know them didn’t even exist.

La Structure Numerique du Coran

 

Nous avions vu qu’il y’a une différence entre la religion qu’Allah a décrite dans le Coran, et ce que nous pratiquons.  Nous avons aussi eu un aperçu qu’Allah a plaçé dans le Coran des informations qui sont restées en veilleuse dans le texte de l’Ecriture Sainte pour 1400 ans, et qui ont vu la lumière seulement récemment, soit qu’elles aient été relâchées, révélées, ou “découvertes”. Examinons donc en quoi consiste cette information, comment elle clarifie certains des aspects du Coran, comment elle impacte –ou devrait impacter- our religion, et comment elle nous est arrivée.

Jusqu’à récemment, nous n’avions aucun moyen de prouver si la totalité du Coran nous vient d’Allah. Nous pouvions le penser, nous pouvions en être absolument sûrs, nous pouvions le crier aux quatre vents et à toute l’humanité jusqu’à l’apoplexie, mais nous ne pouvions pas le prouver. Pas à nous-mêmes, et pas aux autres. Mais maintenant, nous pouvons le faire, grâce à la structure numérique et mathématique qu’Allah a placée dans le Coran avant qu’il ait étée révélé au prophète Mohammed.

Comment pouvons-nous savoir cela? L’exactitude et la constance des nombres et des mathématiques. S’il y’a une chose qui garde la même signification pour n’importe qui et n’importe quand, à travers le temps et l’espace, ce sont définitivement les mathématiques. Contrairement aux mots, les nombres transportent et transmettent une information fixe et solide, denuée de toute interprétation subjective.

La structure numérique nous permet, entre autres, de nous assurer si les Musulmans ont gardé le texte du Coran dans l’integrité qu’Allah l’a fait descendre avec, et si un changement quelconque était survenu, d’indiquer son emplacement. Allah a dit qu’Il préserverait le Coran (15:9), mais parlait-Il de l’original qui est avec Lui (85:22,        ) ou bien celui entre les mains des humains? Il nous a donné récemment l’outil qui nous permettrait de déterminer si nous avions fait l’erreur de changer Sa parole.

Comment est-ce que la structure fonctionne? Pour le moment, nous savons qu’elle utilise les éléments suivants:

• Les valeurs numériques des lettres de l’alphabet Arabe original, l’ “abjed”
• Le compte des chapitres, des versets, de formules, de mots spécifiques, et dans certains cas de lettres, et même des points diacritiques qui n’existaient même pas au temps de la révélation du Coran,
• Certains aspects des mathématiques des nombres premiers inconnus jusau’à nos jours,
• Dans certains cas, l’usage du système binaire qui a été “découvert” par Leibnitz (1646-1716),
• La capacité de travailler avec des nombres longs de centaines et milliers de chiffres,
• L’indication de connaissances chimiques (Table des Eléments, inconnue jusq’aux 19ème et 20ème siècles

Tous ces éléments sont connectés ensemble par des méthodes d’imbrication qui dépassent les capacitéhumaines et technologiques même de notre époque. Tout cela, et bien plus, a été inclus dans le Coran au 7ème siècle de l’ère Chrétienne, quand les chiffres tels que nous les connaissons n’existaient même pas.
